Call Centre Representatives

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and confident Call Centre Sales Representatives to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position involves working the evening to night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role is sales-focused, requiring individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively convert leads into sales. Candidates will engage with potential customers through outbound calls, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professional and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Clearly and professionally explain products and services.
- Identify customer needs and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous call centre or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
