Call Centre Sales Representative / CSR

We are looking for energetic and fluent English speakers to join our US telecom and home security campaigns based in Lahore. In this role, you will engage with customers across the United States by handling both inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include presenting various service options such as Internet, Digital TV, and Home Security, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with US-based customers via phone, managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Present product options including Internet, Digital TV, and Home Security services clearly and persuasively.

- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral or American accent is essential.
- Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
- Availability to work night shifts according to US time zones.
- Prior experience in a US call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory; fresh candidates with excellent English proficiency are encouraged to apply.
