Call Centre Sales Representatives

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and confident Call Centre Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role involves working evening and night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers with professionalism and clarity.
- Clearly explain products and services to prospects.
- Identify customer needs and effectively convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Follow up with potential customers to close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
