Cab Call Experts seeks services of CSR / Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison, book cab rides for passengers, provide related information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for best CSRs excited to help customers, are patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. A CSR will have to put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The CSR will gather customer feedback for the business. We seek such personnels who are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they dont have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
Must have experience in our field or a related industry. Nice office environment and good rates of pay for suitable applicants. Days, Evenings and Weekend Shifts available.
