We are seeking motivated, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Call Support Agents. The role involves working on-site during night shifts, providing excellent customer service to clients based in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with USA-based clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Provide accurate information about services and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and necessary follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets consistently.
- Uphold a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Good English communication skills, both speaking and listening.
- Confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work night shifts as per the USA campaign schedule.
