Call Support Agent | USA Campaign | Night Shift

Bright Mark Agency, a dynamic and expanding digital marketing firm located in Gulberg 3, Lahore, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our USA Digital Marketing Campaign as Call Support Agents. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally. The role involves working onsite during night shifts to support our USA-based clients, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients based in the USA.
- Provide accurate information about services and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Uphold a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Good English communication skills, both speaking and listening.
- Confident, positive, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work night shifts as per the USA campaign schedule.
