Call Transfer Agent

Slicon Systems LLC is looking for confident and professional Call Transfer Agents to join their on-site team at Johar Complex, Karachi. This full-time role operates during the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The position involves engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their interests and basic requirements, and transferring qualified prospects to the sales team. Candidates will work in a dynamic, target-driven environment and have the opportunity to grow their careers within the sales department while interacting with an international client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and effectively with potential customers via phone calls.
- Understand customer interests and basic requirements to assess suitability.
- Qualify prospects based on company-defined criteria.
- Transfer interested and qualified prospects to the sales team for further engagement.
- Follow company-provided scripts and call procedures to ensure consistency.
- Maintain professional communication and uphold high call quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance targets and maintain punctual attendance.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and listening.
- Confident and professional speaking ability to engage customers effectively.
- Good customer-handling skills with the ability to communicate comfortably with international prospects.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
