We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our team for a UK-based campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, ensuring smooth sales processes, and driving conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential UK-based customers
- Perform data scraping and lead generation to build a strong pipeline
- Ensure proper sales execution and conversion of leads
- Transfer qualified leads to the QA team for further processing
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with potential clients to close deals
- Follow up from the initial contact to the first payment cycle to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (UK campaigns preferred)
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Experience with CRM tools and data management
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic Salary: 50,000 PKR
