Scale Realtor, a specialized real estate operations company, is seeking a motivated and confident cold caller to join their remote, part-time team. The company supports agents, teams, and brokerages across the United States by providing expert back-office services, including MLS workflows, CRM management, transaction coordination, and compliance. This role focuses on generating leads for US real estate clients through outbound calls, contributing directly to the growth of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, investors, and prospective buyers or sellers using provided scripts.
- Handle objections professionally while qualifying leads to ensure quality prospects.
- Schedule appointments and transfer warm leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Accurately log all calls and outcomes in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker with a clear, natural voice and a neutral or American-friendly accent.
- Previous experience in cold calling or telesales; real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated resilience, a positive attitude, and strong listening skills to engage prospects effectively.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset to ensure clear communication.
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
