Calling Agent

MGC Developments is seeking enthusiastic and communicative Calling Agents to join their team at the Head Office located on Main GT Road, Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This full-time role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service who are eager to start or advance their careers in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle incoming customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects, investment opportunities, and related services.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences, offering appropriate guidance and solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the database regularly.
- Strive to meet daily and monthly performance targets to maximize sales commissions and bonuses.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Freshers or candidates with up to six months of experience in telecalling, BPO, or real estate sales are encouraged to apply.
- Good phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing client data and communications.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, polite, and willing to learn.
- Educational qualification of Higher Secondary (Intermediate/A-Levels) or a Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, or real estate sales is considered a plus but not mandatory.
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to PKR 65,000, based on skills and evaluation.
