Calling Agent

Creative World Prime is looking for confident and motivated Calling Agents to join their team. This role is perfect for freshers who have strong English communication skills and are eager to build a career in sales and business development. The position is based in DHA Phase II, Karachi, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and possess excellent communication and persuasive abilities to engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
- Engage customers with clear, persuasive communication to generate interest.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve sales targets by successfully closing approved deals.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to support smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall business development efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Confidence and enthusiasm to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to influence customer decisions positively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic monthly salary of PKR 30,000.
- Attendance and punctuality allowance of PKR 5,000.
- Commission of PKR 2,000 on every approved deal, providing an opportunity to increase earnings.
- Work location is in person at DHA Phase II, Karachi.

This position offers a competitive monthly compensation package ranging from PKR 35,000 to PKR 40,000, which includes a fixed salary, allowances, and commissions.
