Calling Agent

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Male Calling Agent to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the apparel, garments, or fashion retail industry. This role focuses on engaging with potential and existing clients through outbound calls to promote apparel products, convert leads into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. Candidates with prior experience in the clothing sector will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to present apparel products and promotional offers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding clothing items, including sizes, fabric details, pricing, and order status.
- Convert sales leads into confirmed orders and encourage repeat business through effective communication.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and lead generation goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer rapport by delivering exceptional service and professionalism during all calls.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a call center agent, outbound sales agent, or telesales representative.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong active listening and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to professionally handle client objections and close sales effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or familiarity with apparel product lines, retail customer handling, or garment order processing is highly preferred.
- Competitive base salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Work location is in person, based in Karachi.
