Calling Agent

Cuibex Pvt. Ltd. is currently expanding its calling team to support USA-based campaigns and is seeking motivated individuals to join as Calling Agents and Calling Interns. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and eager to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients based in the USA, representing the company professionally.
- Maintain clear and confident communication throughout calls to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer responses effectively.
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
- For interns, assist the calling team while learning the nuances of telephonic customer engagement.
- Work collaboratively with team leaders and supervisors to improve calling strategies and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and listening.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling phone conversations.
- Willingness to work night shifts, specifically from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Prior calling experience is preferred but not mandatory for interns.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles will be given preference.
- The position offers a salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000 plus commission, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
