Calling Agent

We are seeking an entry-level Calling Agent to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a full-time, on-site position working night shifts. The role is ideal for candidates with less than one year of experience who are eager to develop their communication skills in a professional environment. The position requires occasional travel and offers a competitive salary range. Candidates should hold at least an intermediate or bachelor’s degree. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to clients and prospects in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication to support sales or service objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Adapt to night shift schedules and manage time effectively to maintain productivity.
- Participate in training sessions to improve calling techniques and product knowledge.
- Travel as required to support business operations or client meetings.

Required Qualifications

- Intermediate or bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Less than one year of relevant experience in calling, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to provide a clear and concise voice note.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adhere to on-site attendance requirements.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call management systems.
