Calling Agents (Night Shifts)

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our Call Center team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This role involves working with daily provided leads and offers an opportunity to grow within a stable, long-term company. The position is based in Karachi and requires working night shifts. Candidates should be prepared to work in person and must be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Engage with customers using strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Convince and persuade potential clients to achieve sales or service targets.
- Maintain a committed and professional attitude while representing the company.
- Work with daily provided leads to maximize conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Energetic, committed, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Candidates should be located in or near Gulistan-e-Johar or Gulshan-e-Iqbal areas.
