Salary: Starting from PKR 65,000 + Attractive Commission (Higher salary based on experience)

Job DescriptionAzam Enterprises is looking for experienced, confident, and result-oriented Sales Calling Executives to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, customer persuasion, and deal-closing skills, with proven experience in outbound sales calling.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
Communicate product information and explain benefits to customers.
Convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Maintain daily calling records, customer follow-ups, and sales reports.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Standard), Graduation, BBA, or ACCA.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outbound call-center sales.
Proven ability to persuade customers and close sales deals.
Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and customer service skills.
Target-oriented, confident, disciplined, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
