Calling Staff – Sales Calling Executives

Azam Enterprises is seeking experienced and confident female Sales Calling Executives to join their dynamic sales team in Clifton, Karachi. This full-time role offers a competitive starting salary of PKR 65,000 plus attractive commissions, with higher pay based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales calling, excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English, and the ability to persuade and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Clearly communicate product information and highlight benefits to customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales by effectively handling objections and negotiations.
- Manage customer inquiries professionally and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: Intermediate (12th Standard), Graduation, BBA, or ACCA.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound call-center sales.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade customers and close sales deals successfully.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven, confident, disciplined, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
