Cameraman & Video Editor

Strategos Media Solutions is seeking a creative and technically skilled Cameraman & Video Editor to join their creative and media production team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site internship or junior role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates from reputed institutes to gain hands-on experience in video production. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and editing engaging videos tailored specifically for digital platforms, helping to bring marketing campaigns and social media projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digital cameras, lighting equipment, and audio setups during on-site shoots to capture clear and compelling footage.
- Frame shots effectively, manage camera angles, and ensure optimal lighting and sound quality in line with project briefs and visual concepts.
- Edit raw footage into polished, dynamic videos suitable for social media, promotional advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Apply sound design, color correction, transitions, lower thirds, and motion graphic elements to enhance video quality.
- Optimize video content for various aspect ratios and platforms including Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and develop visual storyboards.
- Maintain and organize video assets, raw footage, and project files systematically.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate in Theatre, Film & Television (TFT), Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film Production, or related fields.
- Practical experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and microphones.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or CapCut.
- Basic understanding of composition, pacing, color grading, and audio mixing techniques.
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail and the ability to tell compelling visual stories.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

This role is ideal for recent graduates from top institutes such as UCP, BNU, Punjab University, COMSATS, Superior University, or similar programs who are eager to develop their skills in a professional media production environment.
