We are seeking an Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making phone calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services.
Your main duties will include:
- Making outbound phone calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services
- Promoting our products or services to customers and answering any questions they may have
- Updating customer information accurately in our computer system
- Following call scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer inquiries
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to work well in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
