Campus Head

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee all academic and administrative functions at the College of International Skills Development (CISD), Ravi Road Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the campus while maintaining high educational standards. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all academic and administrative activities on campus to guarantee efficient operations and uphold quality education standards. Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at improving educational programs and enhancing campus facilities. Oversee campus budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and responsibly. Cultivate a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes the well-being and professional growth of students and employees. Establish and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to encourage collaboration and community involvement. Ensure full compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements. Assess and integrate new technologies and innovative teaching methods to enrich the learning experience. Organize and actively participate in meetings, seminars, and events that highlight campus initiatives and accomplishments.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have a proven track record of 6 to 10 years in educational leadership or administration, demonstrating a deep understanding of academic operations, budgeting, and resource management. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. The ability to create and sustain a positive, collaborative campus environment is critical. Experience in strategic planning and its successful implementation is required. A Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory, while a Doctorate degree is preferred. Candidates should be capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational management software is expected. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions promptly are vital.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large teams and multidisciplinary projects is highly desirable. Previous work experience in a similar leadership role within an educational institution will be considered an advantage.
