Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all academic and administrative activities on campus to ensure smooth operation and high standards of education.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs and campus facilities.
Monitor and manage campus budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that supports the well-being and development of students and staff.
Build strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to promote collaboration and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
Organize and participate in meetings, seminars, and other events to promote campus initiatives and achievements.

Requirements

Proven track record of at least 6–10 years in educational leadership or administration.
Strong understanding of academic operations, budgeting, and resource management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative campus environment.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Doctorate degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
