- Support the establishment and strengthening of pharmacovigilance and medication safety systems specific to chemotherapy, including adverse event reporting, dose verification, and safe handling procedures.
- Design and implement structured clinical training programs for oncology teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and nursing staff, focusing on protocol adherence, treatment sequencing, and toxicity management.
- Develop monitoring and evaluation tools to track treatment adherence, clinical outcomes, and safety indicators across oncology centers.
- Collaborate with the Ministry of Health and relevant partners to ensure sustainable capacity development and governance improvements in cancer treatment services.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree with board certification or equivalent specialization in Clinical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Haematology-Oncology, or Clinical Pharmacology.

- Strong ability to harmonise cancer treatment practices across geographically dispersed and unevenly resourced oncology centers.
- Sound understanding of pharmaceutical supply-chain and quality assurance issues affecting essential cancer medicines.
- Proven ability to facilitate consensus-building among clinical stakeholders on standardized, evidence-based treatment pathways.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Assets
- A Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting ministries of health or national cancer-control programs in post-conflict or early-recovery settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with current international treatment guidelines such as the WHO Essential Medicines List for cancer, NCCN, and ESMO, and their adaptation to fragile or resource-limited health systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing or strengthening pharmacovigilance and medication safety systems specific to chemotherapy administration.
- Experience designing clinical training programs for multidisciplinary oncology teams.
- Proven ability to develop monitoring and evaluation tools for treatment adherence, clinical outcomes, and safety indicators across multiple oncology centers.
- Working knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong asset.
