Candidate Required Purchaser cum Accountant For Reputed brand

We are seeking a dedicated Purchaser cum Accountant to join a reputed brand based in the F.B Area, Ayesha Manzil, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities alongside accounting tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This full-time position requires a professional who is punctual, reliable, and possesses strong learning abilities. The working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and purchase order management.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
- Utilize MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, to prepare reports and maintain data.
- Ensure timely payment processing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company policies and schedules.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate in Commerce or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing and accounting roles.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience in accounting tasks.
- Ability to work independently with dedication and punctuality.
- Possession of a dual SIM smartphone to facilitate communication.
- Own a motorbike for commuting to and from the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Completion of an IT course or diploma is advantageous.
- Salary range between PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month.
- The position is full-time and requires physical presence at the office location.
- Initial trial period of 15 days without pay, subject to continuation based on performance.
