Looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor for the on-going contruction projects in Karachi city and Malir.
Minimum Expereince: 5 Years
Qualification:
- DAE/B.Tech/B.E (Civil).
- Prepare shop drawings and diagrams for civil construction.
- Experience in all facets of quantity surveying including preperaring of BBS and getting it approved form the consultants.
- Preparation and submission of interim payment certificates.
- Accurate and efficient measurement, identification and measurement of variations.
- Production and agreement of final accounts and additional cost claims.
- Proficient expereince in AutoCAD to prepare shop drawings and diagrams for civil construction.
- Knowledge of surveying specially working on total station.
