Student Services Coordinator

Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Salary: PKR 60,000–80,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, communication skills and suitability.

Canonical Tutors is a UK-focused online tutoring company providing tutoring to students across the United Kingdom. The company supports UK students through tutors worldwide and specialises in Maths, English and Science tutoring from primary school through GCSE, iGCSE and A Level.

We are looking for a professional, organised and personable Student Services Coordinator to join the Islamabad office and help coordinate students, tutors and UK-based clients.

Must-have skills:

Strong spoken and written English.
Professional communication with UK-based parents and tutors.
Organisation and time management.
Attention to detail for lesson times, tutor matching, client information and records.
Basic to strong computer skills, including email, WhatsApp, browsers, documents and spreadsheets.
Ability to learn software quickly.
Problem-solving for scheduling problems and routine client or tutor issues.
Reliability and punctuality.
Telephone communication skills.
Professional, calm and responsible approach when dealing with clients.

Training will be provided on:

Tutor matching and selection
CRM/TutorCruncher
Booking and scheduling lessons
Internal processes, student and tutor policies, and client onboarding
Lesson confirmation procedures, contracts and administrative processes
Client queries, the UK tutoring market and UK education system
Escalation procedures

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Match students with suitable tutors based on subject, level, requirements and availability.
Book trial and regular lessons using internal systems.
Coordinate lesson schedules between clients and tutors.
Support student, tutor and client administration.
