Captain - A320

We are seeking experienced pilots to join our Flight Operations team based at LHE Airport. The ideal candidates will have extensive operational experience on the Airbus A320 aircraft and possess the necessary certifications and medical clearances to ensure safety and compliance. This role demands a high level of professionalism, recent hands-on experience, and a strong safety record.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus A320 aircraft in accordance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency during all phases of flight.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Stay current with all regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Report any incidents or irregularities promptly and participate in safety audits and training sessions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding this qualification.
- Minimum of 1000 flight hours on the Airbus A320 aircraft.
- Valid Class-1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid Instrument Rating.
- Recent operational experience on the Airbus A320 within the last 12 months.
- No history of accidents or incidents.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- A320 Type Rating endorsed on the pilot’s license.
