• Complete the recruitment work plan according to the company's development plan and departmental needs;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of recruitment channels, release of recruitment information, resume selection, interview and recruitment and other related work;
  • Labor relationship management such as employee entry and resignation, as well as employee information management and employee file maintenance;
  • Assist in various human work such as performance appraisal and organization training;
  • Daily administrative office management and logistics management and other administrative work;
  • Other matters arranged by the leadership.
