We are seeking a well-presented and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, letters)
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when needed
  • Assist in basic record-keeping and filing tasks

 Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu
  • Polite, punctual, and well-groomed
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
