Behavior change communication, gender and sexuality are the main stay to address this for a sustainable change through refined model of phase II linked with CIPs LRSP.

CARE is proposing to expand access to FP and post-abortion care (PAC)/safe abortion care (SAC) services by building on accomplishments and lessons learned from phase 1 & II of SAF-PAC.  CARE in Pakistan proposes to continue working in coordination with CARE headquarters level to build capacity to integrate SRH into country office emergency preparedness and response and expand access to FP and PAC services in Pakistan.
