Care Management Consultant

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers or early-career professionals with strong communication skills who are eager to develop a career in marketing within a client-facing sales and care management environment. This role involves voice-based outbound calling focused on the US healthcare domain, specifically as a Care Management Consultant. Candidates will engage with US-based prospects, introducing healthcare support services while working in a target-driven, performance-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based prospects with confidence and clarity
- Introduce and explain care management and healthcare support services effectively
- Understand client needs to generate interest and build rapport
- Manage conversations professionally, maintaining composure and confidence
- Achieve targets consistently in a performance-based environment

Required Qualifications
- Freshers or individuals early in their career with a strong desire to grow in sales, marketing, and client communication
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Confidence in handling calls and managing conversations over the phone
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain consistency
- Experience in customer sales (minimum 2 years) is required
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Basic salary up to PKR 65,000 for freshers
