Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to promote and sell Medicare-related products and services.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and address customer inquiries to build trust and close sales.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets within a performance-driven environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Demonstrate strong customer-handling skills by managing objections and providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work night shifts and commit to on-site attendance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
- Candidates must reside in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in Medicare sales, BPO, or call centers is advantageous but not mandatory.
