Caregiver Recruiter Night Shift

This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver Recruiter position based in Lahore, requiring availability for the night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM. The role is located at DHA Phase 8 Main Boulevard, Lahore, and candidates must be currently based in Lahore to apply. The recruiter will play a critical role in supporting Home Health Care clients by sourcing, screening, and interviewing caregivers. This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates using digital tools, job boards, social media, and local networks to build a qualified talent pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, assessment coordination, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
- Collaborate closely with operations and client-facing teams to understand staffing needs and align hiring profiles with client requirements.
- Support workforce optimization initiatives by ensuring compliance with hiring standards and assisting with onboarding documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in caregiver, nursing, or healthcare recruitment for the USA market, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, job boards, and basic productivity tools such as spreadsheets and document editors.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet hiring deadlines in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with technology, analytics, and AI-powered workflows to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organized work habits, and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time from the Lahore office.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Understanding of Home Health Care roles, basic healthcare terminology, and relevant regulatory or compliance considerations is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a plus, though 1-2 years of relevant experience may substitute.
- Prior experience in an on-site role is preferred to ensure smooth integration with the team and operational requirements.
