Caretaker staff

We are looking for a committed Caretaker to manage the daily operations of the Nathia Gali Rest House in Murree. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the rest house is clean, well-maintained, and operates smoothly while providing excellent service to guests. This is an on-site position offering a monthly salary of PKR 40,000. The role requires a hands-on approach and strong organizational skills to uphold the facility’s standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage all day-to-day operations of the rest house.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, financial transactions, and guest bookings.
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all charges comply with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise caretaker staff and ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met.
- Monitor cleanliness and the overall maintenance of the rest house facilities.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all rest house operations run smoothly and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate (Middle School education is mandatory).
- At least one year of experience in a caretaker role or a similar position.
- Ability to work on-site at the Nathia Gali location.
