Kashmir Wala Group is looking to hire a full-time Cargo Officer based in Karachi to oversee and manage airline import and export cargo operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of cargo documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also involves managing special cargo handling procedures and maintaining accurate records to support smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage airline import and export cargo operations efficiently.
- Prepare and verify cargo documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs).
- Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues related to cargo movement.
- Handle special cargo requirements with attention to safety and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo transactions and operational activities.
- Ensure adherence to flight cut-off procedures and manage Unit Load Device (ULD) operations.
- Comply with all relevant regulatory and company policies related to cargo handling and transportation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in airline cargo operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Air Waybills (AWBs) and cargo documentation processes.
- Familiarity with flight cut-off procedures and the handling of Unit Load Devices (ULDs).
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage shipment tracking.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in cargo operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a fast-paced cargo or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of special cargo handling protocols is a plus.
- Competitive salary range offered between PKR 50,000 and 60,000.
- This is an on-site position based in Karachi, requiring full-time commitment.
