Senior Admin

The Senior Admin will play a key role in managing administrative operations, improving internal processes, and supporting leadership with scheduling, documentation, and communication. This is a fully remote position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in administrative or operational roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and communications
Organize internal meetings and prepare necessary materials
Maintain internal documentation, spreadsheets, and reports
Coordinate with HR, finance, and marketing teams on operational tasks
Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with the onboarding and training of new hires
Improve and document administrative processes and workflows

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana, and Zoom
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with basic accounting or HR processes
