Carpenter (Slider Cutter)

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter specializing as a Slider Cutter Machine Operator to join a reputable company engaged in the manufacturing of home and office furniture. The company produces a variety of products including sofas, chairs, tables, beds, and bed dressings. This position is based at Quaid e Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, and requires the candidate to work on-site. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 72,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the slider cutter machine efficiently to ensure precision cutting of wood and other materials used in furniture production.
- Follow detailed specifications and blueprints to produce high-quality components for sofas, chairs, tables, beds, and bed dressings.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any machine malfunctions or production issues promptly to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically with expertise in operating slider cutter machines.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and furniture manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
