Cashier

Burger Boss, a well-established restaurant chain in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash transactions, operating the POS system efficiently, and maintaining accurate sales records across our restaurant branches. This role requires honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure smooth financial operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately handle daily cash transactions and operate the POS system.
- Process cash receipts, refunds, and other authorized financial transactions.
- Prepare daily cash closing statements and generate sales reports.
- Reconcile cash balances with POS sales and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Maintain precise cash records along with supporting documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager regarding daily sales and cash handling procedures.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and cash management protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate level of education; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Cashier, ideally within the restaurant or retail sectors.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong numerical aptitude, effective communication skills, and meticulous record-keeping abilities.
- Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
