- Should communicate with the clients over the phone
- Provide accurate information to customers & respond to their queries effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Should be able to sell company’s products and services
Qualifications and Skills:
- FA/FSc, diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent communication, data entry and typing skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
1-3 years of call center experience is a plus.
