The Category Management team plays a vital role in curating the right product assortment, pricing, and promotions that both delight customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new product items selected by the Category Management (CM) and Customer Experience (CE) teams, ensuring all content meets company guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain (SC) teams as needed to facilitate the creation and updating of product items.
- Collect necessary information from suppliers to complete product creation or relisting processes.
- Manage supplier requests to update item information in Oracle promptly and accurately.
- Review internal feedback, verify details, and implement corrections where necessary to maintain data integrity.
- Update product tags based on feedback from Supply Chain and suppliers, particularly regarding stock availability.
- Conduct frequent audits of item content and category mapping to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform quarterly full master data audits to continuously improve content quality and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a business background.
- 1-2 years of experience in catalog management, business development, or account management.
