Assignment:

The CBDRM Manager is responsible for providing coordination and support, as well as strategic planning and technical guidance on activities within the area of DRR/WASH. The manager plays a leading role in providing technical input, training, work plans on DRR/WASH, infrastructure, and project development and implementation at both the local and national levels. Moreover, they support the Project Teams in planning, designing, implementing, supervising, training, module development, and potential expansion/development and administration of technical CBDRM interventions.

Under the authority of the Country Projects Coordinator, the CBDRM Manager will be based in Dadu. The role requires strong internal relationships with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and various departments including Reporting & AMEU, Database Team, and Engineering Technical Officers. Externally, the manager will liaise with local authorities and local/international NGOs/UN agencies active in the area.

The objectives include leading the end-to-end development of localized CBDRM training and IEC materials, facilitating capacity-building sessions for Master Trainers and VDMCs, and supporting the finalization of village and union-level DRM plans to ensure community preparedness and institutional coordination.
