The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for executing marketing campaigns in the field. This includes in-store visits, street team promotions, leafleting, and shop listing. The Field Marketing Representative is also responsible for collecting consumer data to generate leads and to inform future field marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in the field
- Develop and manage relationships with retail partners
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Collect consumer data
- Generate leads
- Report on campaign results
- Use CAPI method to list shops
Work Experience:
- 6 Months - 1 year of experience in field marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel
Estimated Salary:
- (PKR) 20,000 - 30,000, Depending on the skills of the candidate and the Interview assessment
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
