C.C. Factories Wazirabad Private Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The Accounts Executive supports the finance team in budgeting, audits, and financial analysis, helping the company maintain financial integrity and transparency. With responsibility for managing a team of 3 persons, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills alongside technical accounting expertise to drive the department's success and streamline financial operations. The Accounts Executive plays a critical role in ensuring timely processing of invoices, payroll entries, and reconciliations across various accounts. The position requires handling financial statements, coordinating with auditors, liaising with banks and vendors, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. This role demands high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines. The selected candidate will bring a sound knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency with accounting software, and a solid understanding of tax compliance to contribute effectively to the companys financial management and reporting objectives.
Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable by ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments to maintain accurate cash flow.
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries to ensure precise bookkeeping and financial data integrity.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions to detect discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
Assist the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for effective financial planning and decision making.
Process payroll-related accounting entries accurately and within designated timelines to ensure employee payments are timely and compliant.
Handle tax filings such as VAT, GST, Sales Tax, and withholding tax to guarantee adherence to local tax laws and regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors in financial audits to facilitate smooth audit processes and compliance verification.
Monitor daily cash flow and assist with cash management activities to support operational needs and liquidity management.
Maintain fixed asset registers and process depreciation entries periodically to reflect accurate asset valuations.
Prepare and analyze cost reports, track expenses, and conduct profitability analysis to support business performance evaluations.
Liaise regularly with banks, vendors, and clients to resolve any financial queries and maintain healthy business relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, international accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP, and statutory regulations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by verifying entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing relevant documentation.
Assist senior finance staff with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to provide data-driven insights as required.
Lead and manage a team of 3 accounting staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management to optimize team productivity.
