The Driver collaborates closely with office and administrative staff for scheduling and trip planning and may assist in loading and unloading goods. Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings is vital, and adherence to confidentiality and professional conduct ensures smooth transportation operations within the company. This position does not include team management responsibilities but demands a high level of personal accountability and responsibility.
Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, executives, clients, or goods to specified destinations.
Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions, distance, and time requirements to ensure punctual arrivals.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, checking fuel levels, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other critical vehicle systems.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out to provide a professional appearance at all times.
Report any mechanical problems, damages, or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate department.
Keep accurate and detailed logs of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Ensure that all essential vehicle documents such as license, registration, and insurance are current and easily accessible.
Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety policies, and driving regulations to guarantee safe travel.
Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, packages, or luggage as necessary, maintaining care to prevent damage.
Handle minor errands including picking up or delivering documents, packages, or supplies as assigned.
Communicate effectively with administrative personnel to coordinate schedules and trip details.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while transporting executives or handling sensitive materials.
Respond immediately to any accidents, violations, or incidents by notifying management and following necessary procedures.
Ensure the vehicle is sufficiently fueled and ready for all scheduled trips.
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and safe driving habits at all times.
Adapt to flexible working hours, including availability for early morning and late evening shifts as needed.
