The Factory Outlet Executive ensures smooth daily outlet functioning by maintaining accurate stock control, managing replenishment cycles, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The role also involves budgeting and overseeing outlet expenses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement promotional campaigns, and cultivating relationships with key customers to enhance the outlet's market presence and profitability.
Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators for the outlet.
Supervise, motivate, and manage the sales team of two, including scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Ensure that all staff maintain excellent customer service standards to provide a positive shopping experience.
Monitor stock levels carefully and coordinate timely replenishments to minimize both stockouts and overstock situations.
Manage visual merchandising and store presentation to maximize sales appeal and customer engagement.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve conflicts promptly, ensuring professional and satisfactory solutions.
Analyze sales data and trends to recognize growth opportunities and identify areas requiring improvement.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, including pricing strategies and promotional guidelines.
Manage all cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and banking, to prevent discrepancies.
Conduct regular stock takes and audits to monitor inventory accuracy and prevent shrinkage or losses.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff when necessary to maintain an effective team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and high-value customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and marketing campaigns effectively.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Manage the outlet's operating expenses and ensure costs remain within allocated budgets.
Optimize supply chain processes, leveraging POS and inventory management systems to improve operational efficiency.
Use SAP Supply Chain Management and demand planning tools to forecast and manage inventory needs accurately.
