Additionally, the HR Manager administers competitive compensation and benefits, coordinates payroll activities, maintains HR information systems, and leads training and development programs that build workforce capabilities. The position also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting workplace safety, advising senior management on workforce planning, and driving initiatives to cultivate a healthy organizational culture.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals and values.
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations by addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters with fairness and consistency.
Design, implement, and manage performance appraisal and management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies across all HR activities.
Maintain and update comprehensive HR records, contracts, and employee databases using HRIS technology.
Plan and deliver training and development programs to strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Coordinate payroll processes with finance to guarantee accurate and timely employee compensation.
Manage employee offboarding procedures including exit interviews and turnover data analysis.
Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and effective internal communication.
Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters such as workforce planning, organizational change, and policy development.
Monitor and report on HR metrics including headcount, turnover rates, and budget utilization.
Lead health, safety, and welfare initiatives to maintain a secure and supportive workplace.
Direct and manage a sizable HR team of 300 employees ensuring department objectives and workforce needs are met efficiently.
