The HR Officer at C.C. Factories Wazirabad Private Ltd. plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This position involves handling a variety of administrative HR tasks including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and maintaining HR information systems. As an important contact point for employees, the HR Officer ensures that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently, providing assistance and addressing employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures. The officer supports the execution of performance management, payroll administration, and training coordination within a large workforce of 250 employees. In this role, the HR Officer actively manages multiple responsibilities that contribute to workforce management and organizational compliance. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with management to uphold company policies, assist in compliance with labor laws, and support the overall HR strategy through effective data analysis and reporting. This role requires a minimum of three years of HR experience and familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Conduct comprehensive new hire onboarding by managing documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and scheduling induction activities to ensure a smooth integration.
Maintain, update, and organize employee records, files, and HR databases within the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and other official employment records.
Support accurate payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and submitting employee attendance, leave data, and other relevant information.
Monitor and track employee attendance, leave balances, and time-off requests to maintain up-to-date records.
Organize and assist with training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities that enhance workforce development and satisfaction.
Serve as a key resource for employees by addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedural guidelines promptly and professionally.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes by managing timelines, documentation, and communication to facilitate smooth evaluation cycles.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and labor laws by supporting regular audits and monitoring procedures.
Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit formalities, documentation, and knowledge transfer, ensuring a thorough and consistent procedure.
Compile and prepare basic HR reports such as attendance summaries, headcount data, and turnover statistics to assist management decision-making.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information and HR records.
Work collaboratively within the HR team and across departments to support HR initiatives and foster a positive working environment.
Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple HR tasks and deadlines in a timely manner.
