The HR Trainer at C.C. Managing a team of 200 persons, the HR Trainer oversees the entire training lifecycle from identifying development needs to evaluating training effectiveness. This role involves facilitating workshops, designing engaging content for a diverse audience, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate documentation of training activities. The HR Trainer also supports leadership development programs and compliance training, ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and industry standards. The ability to utilize performance management software and employee performance analytics is crucial for measuring the impact of training and driving talent development frameworks within the organization.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis across all departments by gathering data from assessments, performance reviews, and feedback from managers.
Design, develop, and regularly update training materials, including technical skills, soft skills, compliance modules, and onboarding content tailored to the organization's requirements.
Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for employees at all levels to improve skill sets and knowledge retention.
Coordinate and manage the training calendar, scheduling sessions, booking venues, and handling logistical arrangements to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting participant feedback, conducting assessments, and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive training records, tracking attendance, certification statuses, and compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Develop and deliver compliance training covering areas such as health and safety regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Support talent development initiatives, including leadership training and succession planning, to bolster employee growth and prepare future leaders.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and address evolving business needs.
Stay informed about the latest trends, methodologies, and technologies in the learning and development field, including e-learning platforms and instructional design models.
Manage training budgets efficiently and coordinate with external trainers or vendors as needed to supplement internal training efforts.
Prepare detailed training reports and analytics for review by HR leadership and company management to measure impact and justify training investments.
Lead team-building exercises and employee engagement activities aimed at fostering collaboration, motivation, and organizational cohesion.
Exhibit strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills to effectively deliver training content and engage diverse participant groups.
Adapt training strategies to accommodate various learning styles and cultural differences among employees to maximize training outcomes.
