CCTV Officer

We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Officer responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security of a designated area through the use of CCTV cameras. The primary role involves observing live footage to detect and report any suspicious or criminal activities promptly to the relevant authorities. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of the premises by providing timely and accurate surveillance support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage continuously to identify suspicious activities such as theft, vandalism, or violence.
- Coordinate with other security personnel, including security guards, to respond effectively to incidents captured on camera.
- Report incidents accurately and provide necessary evidence to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update detailed logs of all incidents recorded, including actions taken in response.
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to existing security measures.
- Test and maintain CCTV equipment regularly to ensure optimal functionality.
- Securely store all CCTV footage in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide support during emergency situations, including evacuations and lockdowns.
- Assist with the installation of new CCTV cameras and upgrades to current systems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and members of the public as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CCTV monitoring or a similar security role is preferred.
- Ability to remain vigilant and attentive for extended periods while monitoring screens.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with security teams and report incidents effectively.
- Basic technical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot CCTV equipment.
- Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations related to surveillance footage.
- Willingness to work the specified shift from 3 PM to 12 AM.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore.
