CCTV Operator – Retail Grocery Operations

We are an established operator of international grocery stores, currently expanding our central monitoring team to enhance the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of our locations. We are seeking attentive and reliable CCTV operators to monitor multiple stores from a centralized control room. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining focus over extended periods while managing sensitive information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage from various grocery stores simultaneously to ensure security and operational standards.
- Identify and report incidents such as shoplifting, staff misconduct, cash-counter discrepancies, and potential safety hazards promptly.
- Observe store procedures including opening and closing routines, shelf restocking, queue management, cleanliness, and staff presence on the sales floor.
- Communicate immediately with store managers via phone or messaging apps when urgent action is required.
- Accurately log all incidents with relevant details such as timestamps, camera IDs, and concise descriptions.
- Retrieve and securely save video footage for investigations, insurance claims, or law enforcement requests.
- Regularly check the functionality of cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and recordings, reporting any technical issues to the support team.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily shift reports to the operations manager to maintain clear records of activities and observations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Intermediate; graduates are preferred.
- At least one year of experience in CCTV operation, security control rooms, or retail loss prevention; however, candidates with strong attention to detail and no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp for communication and reporting purposes.
- Good command of Urdu and basic written English skills sufficient for report writing.
- Ability to maintain concentration for long durations and remain composed under pressure.
- Demonstrated honesty, discretion, and reliability, given the sensitive nature of surveillance footage.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with DVR/NVR software platforms such as Hikvision, Dahua, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Monthly salary range: Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
- This position requires on-site presence at the central monitoring facility.
