CCTV Operator

Scents N Stories is seeking a diligent CCTV Operator to join its Head Office team in Karachi. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring live camera feeds from all retail outlets, promptly identifying and reporting any suspicious activities, and maintaining accurate records of monitoring activities. This role requires vigilance, strong attention to detail, and effective coordination with branch managers and the security team to ensure the safety and security of all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds of all retail outlets from the head office control room.
- Identify and immediately report any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Maintain daily monitoring logs and incident reports with accuracy.
- Review recorded footage as needed for investigations or audits.
- Coordinate with branch managers and the security team regarding any incidents.
- Ensure that all cameras and DVR/NVR systems are functioning properly at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Monthly salary range: Rs35,000 to Rs40,000.
- Work location is in person at the Head Office in Karachi.
